We honor a 14-day return policy. Buyer's have 14 days after an order has been placed to request a return. Returns are on a case-by-case basis, but applies for items significantly not as described, such as a completely wrong item received, or if the item arrived with significant damage. Any item received damaged must be noted on the BOL or in the system via the carrier's hand held device.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it in. Unused and unaltered in anyway, in its original box and all packing material provided, at a minimum.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any item(s) used, altered, opened up and or harvested for parts will not qualify for a refund. Any item returned back to us in a different condition as was shipped and received by the buyer will also not qualify for a refund. It is advised for the buyer to return any item(s) with insurance, incase the item being returned back to us gets damaged.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item and await for the refund on the original order.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note, it can take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
